Mission Concert – The Walker Trio

The Walker Trio is a uniquely diverse trio comprising three of WA’s leading musicians, all from the same family. Acclaimed jazz guitarist Ray Walker teams with his two classically trained daughters, Jessica Gethin (violin) and Sophie Curtis (cello) to present an eclectic programme of their own arrangements and originals, ranging from classical to jazz, tango to pop, with favourites including Khatchaturian, Piazzolla, J.S. Bach, Stevie Wonder, Sting, Riverdance, Saint-Saens and Chick Corea.
The concert will be held at the Infant Jesus Church, Morley in aid of a great cause – supporting the work of the Sisters of St Joseph of Cluny and the Daughters of St Francis de Sales in educating and caring for girls in Bangalore who are deprived of their basic needs and fundamental rights
